  Very unprofessional from the beginning they harass you to complete paper work and threaten to cancel you’re appointment. They rescheduled because Anthony wasn’t going to be in the office. Then I had to reschedule for reasons beyond my control. They agreed to reschedule then called back and said the therapist Anthony Esquibel was cancelling and did not want to move forward with the appointment and that I was going to be placed back on the waiting list.

  Both my boys have been going for almost 2 years for occupational therapy and 1 for speech. The staff is amazing with them and they have come so far.

  Edited almost 2 years later to add: Mrs. Abigail is the best speech therapist ever! She is kind, fun, patient, creative, understanding, and caring. We are very very very thankful for everyone at the Playlab. Our 5 year old has been seen here for a few months and I immediately felt at ease walking in when the front desk representative came out and read a book with my daughter while I filled out paperwork. The assessment went well and Mr.Henry was kind and thorough. The follow up was clear and Mrs. Donna & Mrs. Jalisa are so wonderful. The Play Lab even helped guide us with the process of getting into an additional class in conjuction with Amistad. They all truly care here and we look forward to our appointments.
