You will be charged an annual fee regardless if you signed up with your insurance. Higher end gyms will not charge you for any of these fees. I do not recommend this facility or any other planet fitness. Watch your hidden fees.

Then they call to ask why they got a 7/10 and processed to be manipulative. That 7/10 should have been a 1/10. Horrible place.

He goes above and beyond to make sure everyone feels welcome the moment they walk in. He’s friendly with everyone and creates such a positive, motivating atmosphere. You can tell he genuinely cares about the members and takes pride in the space. Planet Fitness is lucky to have someone like him—he’s a huge reason the gym feels like such a great environment!

So let me stop rambling and introduce myself hi my name is Victoria Valarie Robles I'm from silver city New Mexico but been in Las Cruces for a year and 6 months when I moved to Las Cruces I was weighing 480 lbs I had let well life hit me bad. anyway I loved all the gyms I went to but planet fitness. Well planet fitness makes me feel like I'm home they really make me feel well what you guys stand for a no judgement free zone. Thank you for making that rule. Thank you for taking care of me and my father and thank you to all the staff for being so kind thank you for the excellent service. And for anyone who is reading this don't give up remember that anything is possible if you just put your mind to it. All u have to do is find your team of doctors and the right gym for you and your set. For me and my dad planet fitness is my gym.
