  I love that some caregivers give their absolute best wishes for clients here but the only downside of this place is the person who runs it, a guy who likes to harass and call to belittle their employees who are wonderful caregivers, that guy’s name is Luis. I will also write a formal complaint against him directly as he is dong a terrible job at running the place, no consideration for his employees nor his clients health. Good day.

  After my mom had a minor accident and needed some extra assistance around the house, we reached out to Home Instead. They sent a team member once a day for three hours, helping her with tasks she couldn’t handle. They also accompanied her to doctor’s appointments, grocery shopping, and the pharmacy, which was a huge help! All the team members were incredibly friendly and did an amazing job ensuring my mom’s comfort and independence in her own home. She used their services for several months and is now back to her usual self, no longer requiring additional assistance. I have no doubt that we’ll be reaching out to Home Instead again in the future, allowing my mom to stay in her home without the need for an assisted living facility. If you or someone in your family is in need of a little extra help around the house, I highly recommend contacting Home Instead. I’m certain you’ll be delighted with the exceptional care and support your loved one will receive!

  I am nominating Angelina Ramirez for the outstanding service she has provided to me as a caregiver. She is responsive to my many needs. I am in a wheel chair and goes about her duties to assist me in the many needs that I have. I need help with dressing, transportation, shopping for me, and also transporting me to the many meetings and conferences I have to attend. I do not have to ask her to do so many tasks that are needed, but she takes the initiative to do things without being told. She reminds me of the many appointments that I have to go to which include medical, business, and meetings. She performs her tasks very quickly, and in constant communication with both me and those contacts that have to be made. Her responses to physicians about my phsical health she fills in when I may not always remember, because of my short term memory issues. She performs her duties in a the professional manner which should be the way that caregivers should provide. She is also excellent with technology issues and has taught me to make better use and understanding of how to find topics that I need to have knowledge of.
