  If I could give zero stars, I would. I previously worked for this company, and I would not trust my loved ones in their care. In the short six months I was there, I saw about eight different office staff come and go, which says a lot about the turnover and lack of stability. They allow caregivers who are not medication-certified to administer medications, which is extremely concerning. They also underpay their staff. You’re told one hourly rate, but when you receive your paycheck, it’s often less. When you bring it up, they don’t fix it or take accountability. Communication is terrible between the office, caregivers, and clients. Many clients I worked with were unhappy due to poor office support and issues with the owner herself. Overall, this company lacks professionalism, transparency, and proper standards of care. P.S. This is not just my experience — most caregivers with this company feel the same way and say the same things.

  I love that some caregivers give their absolute best wishes for clients here but the only downside of this place is the person who runs it, a guy who likes to harass and call to belittle their employees who are wonderful caregivers, that guy’s name is Luis. I will also write a formal complaint against him directly as he is dong a terrible job at running the place, no consideration for his employees nor his clients health. Good day.

  I am nominating Angelina Ramirez for the outstanding service she has provided to me as a caregiver. She is responsive to my many needs. I am in a wheel chair and goes about her duties to assist me in the many needs that I have. I need help with dressing, transportation, shopping for me, and also transporting me to the many meetings and conferences I have to attend. I do not have to ask her to do so many tasks that are needed, but she takes the initiative to do things without being told. She reminds me of the many appointments that I have to go to which include medical, business, and meetings. She performs her tasks very quickly, and in constant communication with both me and those contacts that have to be made. Her responses to physicians about my phsical health she fills in when I may not always remember, because of my short term memory issues. She performs her duties in a the professional manner which should be the way that caregivers should provide. She is also excellent with technology issues and has taught me to make better use and understanding of how to find topics that I need to have knowledge of. I highly recommend her for the CarePro award, as mentioned in your letter of 11/1/24 Respectfully submitted Frances F. Williams Client
