They sent a team member once a day for three hours, helping her with tasks she couldn’t handle. They also accompanied her to doctor’s appointments, grocery shopping, and the pharmacy, which was a huge help! All the team members were incredibly friendly and did an amazing job ensuring my mom’s comfort and independence in her own home. She used their services for several months and is now back to her usual self, no longer requiring additional assistance. I have no doubt that we’ll be reaching out to Home Instead again in the future, allowing my mom to stay in her home without the need for an assisted living facility.
