  I went there today to get much needed new glasses. I found out that my insurance no longer covers glasses which sucked but I wanted to see if I could afford some anyway the girl that I had to deal with said to me in a very judgy snobby voice "the $20 glasses are over there" which it wasnt what she said it was how she said it. I went and looked and picked a pair I thought I could afford. I went to sit back down at the table I was told to go to with her but she was in the back laughing and carrying on with girls in the back room and I had to wait for about 5-8 minutes for her to get back. Then I was told the $49 frames would end up being $160 for the total basic package before tax and I just couldn't afford that so I had to be honest and she told me "yeah with YOUR KIND of insurance it just doesnt cover" again it wasnt what she said it was the nasty tone she said it in. She made me feel bad about myself and I left. I dont think ill ever be back again. No one deserves to feel small because they just cant afford glasses right now.

  Good service, was really fast and worker was very helpful!!! My glasses were done in 20 minutes…

  Bad. We were there for 2 hours not including the wait to get her glasses. They bring you in and out of the waiting room 3x. Clear out you whole afternoon if you come here . It's so annoying

  Eyemart associates were very friendly and knowledgeable. They found online discounts and applied them. 4 pairs of glasses were done in less than 30 minutes.

  Came in to drop off my glasses that I pi cked up the day before becuse the lens popped out. That was problem one. Had them for less then 24 hrs.and the lens comes out. Problem 2 I come to drop them off and that takes an hour. Just to drop off to get fixed. Problem 3 coming to pick up. How I found out they were ready? I had to call to find that out after 3 days. Waiting still after 45 minute just to pick up. Customer service is the worst. You need more staff. I feel sorry for the manager of the Las Cruces store.
