So I asked for a return label to ship the box back. I asked repeatedly and each time was told a ticket was being processed. Why???? All I needed was a label attached to an email. I finally had to resort to sending it back myself. I haven't even a clue if my insurance company has been billed but that is my next step to check that out and cancel completely
