  The device sent to my grandparents costs them $30 a month, the blood pressure machine and the glucose monitor give more error messages than accurate results, the devices don't connect right and customer service has been no help. I want to know how much money this company is spending to get medical professionals to scam old people Edit: I attempted to email the address on the contact is page from the website and outside email addresses cannot send them emails. They dont even want you contacting them about your problems with the device

  Company does not care about it's employees or investors. It's a scam full of buzzwords that will never get off the ground. Invest your money elsewhere.

  I am a customer of ECG. I had to use PocketMD over the weekend and I received a call back from a doctor within a minute. I was very pleased with the response time and the information that I was given from the physician. I was able to proceed with my medical needs with ease after speaking with the physician and my family's concerns were put to rest. Thank you ECG for protecting me!
