  To start off I started using Albertsons pharmacy about 6 years ago has been the best pharmacy I've had but ever since I stopped going to the doctor that the pharmacist Gabe which works at Albertsons recommended Sondra Hudson to me and since I stopped seeing her over discrimination and other malpractices. It seems like I'm always having trouble to get certain medicines and my doctor now is well aware and she's already said that I'm doing better now than I was a year ago because I have been listening to her put on January 29th I went to Albertsons to get all my medication and when I got home I noticed there was only 21 pills in one of my medications and I was never told if there wasn't a truck and now I know Albertsons had plenty of those pills because I asked another lady the next day and Gabe did not give the medicine to me that my doctor called in for me. I love Albertsons pharmacy but I'm tired of discrimination and I want it to stop and this has been going on for months and we called and they said it'd be ready on a certain day and I know you'll listen to the recorded calls so y'all will know this is true because my wife called and Gabe answered and she asked if my medicine was ready saying that someone had told her it was already ready and it was tagged in the computer that she could pick it up and she told Gabe that and he said well I'm the pharmacist and he's not getting it today so I did not get upset or nothing and I waited but I am tired of the way you go down there and they say your medicine is ready and it never is and I know I've been discriminated against and to me it seems like it's a personal vendetta against me because I have done nothing wrong ,because I don't think it's right and I don't want to see other people go through what I have and they don't realize the pain and suffering patients go through just to get their medicine

  I called on Friday to have bp meds filled was told would be 30mins I had to work so I said I’ll be back well was busy at work so didn’t make it back till 4:45 which where I was told they was out told me I could try another pharmacy I said what time do they close little short checker said idk I said y’all couldn’t of called me and told me she said idk. Well we tried CVS and they did not have either so was sent back to Albertsons where it was orders to be here Monday was told to call at 2 which I did and was told my meds was being filled and would be ready in 30mins get here an hour later 15 mins before work which then I wa told they was out at first then I told her they told me it was here and being filled to which she tell me it will b 30 more mins so thanks to you’ll not doing what you’ll said I am now late for work and I’m sure y’all have caused my bp to be even higher

  DO NOT TRUST THIS PHARMACY! I went in to Albertson’s pharmacy for the first time, to pick up a prescription from my pain management doctor. The pharmacist told me my prescription drug insurance would only pay for a week, of my monthly prescription, and I had to pay for the entire month, out of my pocket. After several hours on the phone, with my former pharmacist, my insurance company, and my prescription drug insurance provider, I found the reason was, Albertson’s had lied, and told my insurance company this was the first time I had ever used this drug. I had in fact, used the exact same drug for a month before, and a similar drug, only with Tylenol added, for five months. Due to Albertson’s lie, and forcing me to pay out of pocket, my insurance has no record of me getting the prescription, so again, I’m going to have to spend a considerable amount of time and effort, fixing the screwup Albertson’s pharmacy caused. I may be forced to use Albertson’s pharmacy one more time, due to the amount of time it takes me to change prescription drug coverage, but it will absolutely be the LAST TIME!!!
