  I love Smith’s pharmacist Hailey and the rest of the girls, Brianna, Drea and Nancy! Always friendly, professional and willing to explain side effects and concerns of any new meds!

  If I can put zero stars I would. The people are extremely rude and lie about meds not being ready or received. They hold medications days after ur supposed to get them. Im completely disgusted with how they treat their customers. I highly recommend people do not go to this pharmacy unless u like being disrespected and treated like ur a drug addict🙄 ZERO star pharmacy

  The pharmacist Hailey has to be the rudest person I’ve ever encountered. It’s sad to hear that a lot of people have had the same experience as I did.

  What a horrid attitude the pharmacy tech with black hair and glasses displayed today! Nasty, snippy, practically threw my prescription at me when I questioned the amount charged. And the pharmacist was standing right there! I never said an ill word toward this young woman - I was simply dismayed at the cost of the drug and commented, “Well, that figures!” in response. Instead of using good customer service skills and commiserating, she took my comment personally, and with barely contained rage violently packaged the pills, shoved them at me, and acted like she had just been called a blood-sucking harpie! A person who behaves like this has NO BUSINESS serving customers. Smith’s obviously doesn’t read these reviews or care - look at the number of 1 and 2- star reviews and negative testimonials. Shame on this employee, shame on her supervisor for allowing her to act like a childish ninny and shame on Smiths for failing to respond to the overwhelmingly negative feedback…I will NEVER use this pharmacy again.

  Absolutely the worst pharmacy that I have ever dealt with!! My husband had Covid and was extremely sick. His doctor called in two medications at 10:30 am. I called at noon to see if they were ready. I was told that they were not and to call back in 2 1/2 hours. Which I did..... They weren't ready then either. I showed up later at the curbside pick up. I didn't think it would be best for me to come in the store since my husband was positive like I stated earlier. I was told that they were still not ready and that I was too late to do the curbside. The technician rudely stated that I should have came earlier. I told her that I tried multiple times to pick them up and was told that they weren't ready. I then told her that she had just told me again that they still weren't ready. I said that I had no other choice that I had to come in to the store to pick up the medication because my husband desperately needed them. And once again asked how much longer it would take. The pharmacy technician then transferred to me to the pharmacist. She told me that I couldn't come in and get the medication because of the positive COVID case in my household. I told her that I had absolutely no one else that could come and pick up the medication. She then told me that she didn't know what to tell me. I left the parking lot crying. I then went across the street to Walgreens and asked for those prescriptions to be transferred there so I could pick them up in their drive-thru. The pharmacist and staff were so helpful. They called right away and spoke with the pharmacist at Smiths. That pharmacist REFUSED to transfer the prescriptions! I called the local store management, corporate, and the board of pharmacy to file complaints again the pharmacist and the technician. These 2 individuals need to be replaced. Their behavior and work ethic is absolutely pitiful! It should NEVER take over 8 hours to fill two prescriptions. I know this because I myself work in the pharmacy field!
