The staff seemed very unprofessional and not well trained. The woman helping me struggled for nearly 20 minutes to find out what my insurance covered, only to realize the delay was because she had entered my birthday incorrectly. After picking up my glasses, I had to get them adjusted multiple times, once the same day, again the next day, and then once more on Monday morning. By that evening, they were crooked and causing headaches again. When I returned later that day, the girl at the front desk seemed visibly annoyed that I needed another adjustment. What really bothered me most, though, was overhearing two staff members at the front desk laughing and making fun of another customer. They were joking about a client who mentioned needing glasses urgently for an international trip, and even mocked how he said one of the employees’ names (“Taylor”). Overall, this location felt unprofessional, undertrained, and careless. I won’t be returning and can’t recommend them to anyone looking for respectful, competent service.

Normally I would need to approach an employee to help me after being ignored for some time and then would be treated as though I was an inconvenience. This time, Brandon greeted me right away and was the only one who acknowledged me. He was genuinely friendly and extremely helpful during the selection and ordering process. Our glasses were ready in less than an hour. When we returned to pick up our glasses, Brandon greeted us right away and made sure we were satisfied with the fit. Unlike previous visits, I felt valued and taken care of. I would recommend working with Brandon for a pleasant and efficient experience.
