  Very friendly staff. Venus is amazing. You can tell she cares about your health. She listens and isn’t dismissive. She has always been proactive about my health concerns.

  We love coming to this clinic. Staff is always very friendly, they have appointments available when you need them and Carlos Vazquez is a phenomenal provider! He’s very knowledgeable and always answers our questions and treats us properly!

  Avoid this place completely and that's a very fair assumption I am so tired of having to fight tooth and now just to get a message for my father's provider to call him as the front desk refuses to send Crystal Costello the information to her so now this out of control facility definitely isn't for your health when the doctor of the facility allows employees without a professional status whatsoever dictate if you can talk to your own provider instead of driving a 52 mile trip just to ask a question about new medications. And my family has had problems with the same issue constantly even though we have sent messages to this owner of business about constant rudeness and the liabilities of unprofessional status employees blocking your own health care so it's making them control your healthcare decisions instead of yourself Unacceptable, deplorable and now for the third time our family is done here and seeking legal advice from our family attorneys office as also I don't want anyone blindsided by constant rudeness just trying to get in touch with a provider and I am not by far the first one who has had serious issues concerning the front desk and my family trying to get word to their provider read for yourself many more accounts of people posting the same problems so obviously the doctor is not here for the patients. And after I gave this review we get this little superficial AI generated response but the fact of the matter is they shut down my father's patient portal restricting even more access because of this post from concerned family members. Sure, they'll have all the eye candy responses to save face when someone posts truth about them that doesn't boister there business no matter how truthful it is this is the results you get and this is why we refuse to work with the office anymore and let the attorney do the talking I'm telling you people you'd be better off if you love your family to leave this place out of your search for competent care as it isn't from this place and the fact of the matter is we've lost so many great doctors because of high and outrageously Andover priced demands for malpractice suits these people are part of our state problem and not your solution for compatent care. So if you say anything that doesn't make them look all sweet and nice and perfect and such expect your family members to be rejected and their patient portal shut down for speaking the truth. And that's what exactly happened the same day they posted this ear candy AI generated response to the posting of their abuse towards my father.
