- PPPhilNov 26, 20251.0I am an army veteran that was referred to them by the va . Everything was good with the assistant taking pics of my eyes and all that for the Dr . she was very professional. When the Dr finally came in I was treated like a druggy because of something that’s in the back of my eyes I guess caused by talc . I was asked if I ever did coke and I said no and she said that’s how the drug dealers break it down with talc . I was also asked about marijuana use which I don’t know why any of that was brought up for a routine eye exam . I’ll be going somewhere else and will be letting the VA how I was treated at the store .

My main reason was to get glasses with a blue light filter and to be able to see when I'm tired at night (while driving). The staff is super friendly, the eye doc was kind and great with my little one. I was very happy with that. Glasses took about 7 business days to get. They handled all the insurance stuff and I was on my way. Easy peasy. Highly recommend if you need an eye doc.

Regardless of what’s in there, just shows they care about their patients. Then the whole process from start to finish was just top notch! The staff was so kind and informative and Dr. Fontenot’s expertise in finding the perfect prescription was notable!! Highly recommend.
- SHStella HNov 20, 20251.0I was so impressed when I went to order my glasses. They have lots of interesting and fancy tools to do things with like measure where you progressive is places, etc.! However, the first pair I ordered were really bad! They were too strong, gave me headaches and dizziness! I went back to exchange and they gave me a very hard time! The frames were very high priced ro begin with and looked terrible when I got them back, The lenses were so thick! I did not like their fancy frames so they finally showed me a cheaper pair (which they had "in the back") and which I preferred. I just picked them up. Well, not too much better! Hard to get used to. I can see clear but they are so "strong" and will probably do the same. They refuse to give refunds! So you are stuck! Means I have to wait till next year to go get what I need. Is that anyway to do business - NO!
