Avoid getting pet medications at this location. I was given a human-grade formulation of a prescription for my cat without being informed that this was the case. Apparently the medication is rare for humans, and so it was very costly (cash price was over $350 for a 30 day supply). When I looked up the same medication on Chewy, it's $3.40 for the same number of pills. Yeah... I feel like I just flushed several hundred hard earned dollars down the toilet. While I do believe it's important for each of us to take responsibility for being informed as much as we can be, a good pharmacist would have been transparent about a human-grade medication being sold for a pet, particularly when the cost is so outrageous. After all, that is something that would be difficult to know as a civilian.
