- JWJared WestMar 8, 20265.0Dr. Chess was awesome. I saw him to get a second opinion. My first podiatrist diagnosed me with hallux rigidis and recommended a fusion right away. But that experience felt somewhat rushed and perfunctory, and I was left with a lot of questions. I’m in my late thirties, about to have a second child, and run, train jiujitsu, and otherwise stay active. I heard from others that I was too young to get such a dramatic surgery. In contrast, Dr. Chess took his time, explained all the options, and really listened to what I had to say. That last part (“really listened”) really stood out, as healthcare can often seem impersonal; but not here. Like I said, he was awesome. His staff was great, too. I’ll be going back to see him instead of the first doc. Can’t recommend them enough.

Dr. Chukwuah is the best. He spent so much time with me and answered all my questions. The office itself was sooo clean. I know that doesnt matter to some, but.. its a big deal to me. If you need a Podiatrist, I highly recommend Dr Chukwuah. Foot and Ankle Clinic. 7520 Montgomery.
