She went above and beyond to find a discount that will allow me to stay on my medication. I cannot say enough great things about Jennifer. Absolute lifesaver!
- RHRod HunterJul 26, 20211.0Ran out of refills for blood pressure medicine (my fault yes), so I called because it's dangerous to suddenly stop taking blood pressure medications. I asked if they could order an emergency supply, which is standard, the tech told me he couldn't do anything and told me to go to the emergency room for a new script. I called my provider and they simply re-issued it and told me the pharmacy could have handled it. Seems like an issue of laziness that could have cost someone a lot to visit an ED.
