  They are always busy but still fill prescriptions quickly. Nice people.

  They're always very nice to me, especially the man, but there was a woman working the other day who I witnessed treat another customer poorly. The customer asked for her insurance card back and the lady working said she hadn't taken it, and the customer said she had put her ID and insurance on the counter and now she only has her ID and asked the woman to check and see if it fell behind the counter or something. The woman refused, argued, rolled her eyes, and even talked badly about the customer to me, another customer! Then when she turned to enter my information she found the other customer's insurance card by her computer or something. The lady working didn't apologize or anything when she gave the customer her card back. Even though it didn't affect me, it was very unprofessional and possibly discriminatory and this woman should not be working with people. The other pharmacy staff are very helpful and nice people. The man there always explains things very well to all customers that I've witnessed and he is very patient.
