So quick and efficient! My tech, Elmer, was personable and efficient.

The male doctor that works there is incredibly condescending and rude. He hovered over me while checking in. I was a walk in. They couldn't take me until the afternoon, but I could not make that time. He still made the appointment for me and was talking to me like a was a child. I'm so glad he will not be the one doing my tests. It's already scary to go to the doctor as a woman. To be met with that sort of treatment is even worse.

With an appointment, i was able to get through easily and get the lab work done quick, but down to 2 stars due to the atmosphere of unprofessionalism starting from the receptionist desk to the lab techs in the back. The ladies at the front need to add maturity with their old age, gossiping about a coworker loud enough for everyone in the waiting room to hear. We were directed to head to the back to check in on the kiosk. Theres a guy standing there to "help" check us in. He was ultimately rude to the people in front of me, he answered their questions with such attitude instead of giving actual help. Not happy being a human kiosk?, find a job youre actualy happy to be at. In the lab, the two techs are a lady and a guy, gossiping and talking like theyre still in high school. And to top things off, instead of using an elastic bandage to wrap my arm, she used masking tape..... really? what is this, Dollar Store Medical? I've been in tough situations and my description above is light of how it really was, there would be paragraphs but i dont have the time. Also, the people waiting there didnt deserve that kind of treatment.

Drove by it the first time because there is no sign---it is inside the Optum building. Tried to do a walk-in appointment and the electronic check in told me it would be a 30-60 minute wait minimum and asked if I wanted to continue. I had my toddler with me, so I said no and decided to come back another day when I could go without her. Tried to book an appointment in advance and all the early morning slots were taken. I meeded to fast for my blood draw, so i didn't want to have a later appointment. Decided to come bright & early at 8am so I could hopefully get in & out more quickly. Walked in at 8am sharp, checked in as a walk-in (it advised me that it could be a 30-60 minute wait again), sat down. Just a minute later, a man in a labcoat calls for me and says there is an issue with my check in. He asks if I have an appointment, and I said no, I did the walk-in standby check in. He tells me "yeah, we don't really "do" walk in appointments. The next open time slot is your only option if you want to have your blood drawn. Do you want the 11:30am appointment?" I said no, left, and drove downtown to LabCorp, where I had a completely reasonable wait and a great experience. Go there instead!!!! Quest Diagnostics is a waste of time !!!!!!!!!

I had a very disappointing experience at the Quest Diagnostics location on Juan Tabo. When I arrived, there were a couple of elderly ladies waiting in line to be seen. Unfortunately, the lab technicians were treating these elderly patients very poorly. The staff came across as rude and dismissive, with little patience or basic courtesy. One technician in particular, who had a septum piercing, was speaking to someone’s grandmother in a very disrespectful manner. It was uncomfortable to watch. Elderly patients deserve patience, kindness, and respect—especially in a medical setting where they may already feel vulnerable. The interaction I witnessed was so unpleasant that I ultimately decided to leave rather than continue waiting while observing the way these patients were being treated. I sincerely hope this location addresses its customer service and patient care standards, because no one—especially seniors—should be treated that way when seeking medical care
