  It was a very pleasant experience. I dropped in, and the sign-in process gave me an appointment time of 3:10; however, the phlebotomist was so efficient in helping everyone that I was in nd out before 2:36!

  Terrible customer service. Trying to talk to a real person is impossible. I strongly recommend not using Quest.

  I was in and out quickly at the Quest center located at Optum near the Albuquerque Airport. Service was good but the only issue I had was the Nurse had to try a couple of times to find veins.
