My driver arriver at 11:50 am for a drug test appointment which was scheduled at 12PM, they kept him waiting for 2 hours and then let other people go before him. Shameful

Staff not really there to do more than blood draws. But I had an "issue" they went over and beyond to help address and resolve it. I was very appreciative.

Even though I have a Quest Diagnostics at my current doctor's office, I have to go to a centralized location now. I showed up a little early, they promptly assured me I had to wait until my appointment time, due to numerous DRUG TESTS that NOW take priority over regular customers. Obviously, Quest does not believe in POSITIVE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I will now look for a NEW diagnostics firm that assists customers first as a priority!

I came in at 7:30 for a walk-in, understanding that I would have to wait. There was only one person in front of me. After 30 minutes, the gentleman comes out extremely rude, telling us that he cannot take Walk-ins. Not even if I wait, not even if there’s nobody else in front of me. And I get it, I work in an urgent care but to be so rude about it!! He let the entire lobby know that he was alone, and two other phlebotomist had called in. He really needs to be more professional and maybe take a customer service course!
