  I came here twice now because it’s preferred thru my insurance. I will pay the extra fee to go back to Tricore. You schedule an appointment in advance, check in, and it doesn’t matter. They always seem to have a staffing issue. I’m supposed to be fasting and my appointment was at 11:10 because 2 days in advance that was the earliest time I could get. A tech comes out at 11 and announces additional delays because someone called in, and she’s going to lunch. A man walked in for a drug test and didn’t have an appointment. She helped him sign in at the kiosk. His name was not on the screen. My name is finally next at 11:40 and they call him instead. I understand call ins happen, but last time I was here I waited beyond my appointment time as well. At that time they said they had system issues. They couldn’t find my lab orders. Thankfully I had a printed copy as well. I was about 45 minutes late the first time I was here. Once is an occurrence, twice is now a pattern. I will just pay extra to not be tied up in a waiting room every time. The facility is clean, parking is plenty, and the techs here today are kind and professional. But my work shifts start at 7 am so I have to take PTO to get my blood drawn here and it’s just not worth the long wait times.

  Why allow a stand by option if the workers tell you they dont do standby. I had the option of a noon appointment but its a fasting order so no...I will wait. Man comes out and says they dont take standbys. So irritating
