Turns out they only wanted to discuss their "new" policy, requiring that you agree to purchase glasses prior to accepting the appointment. I have gone to the clinic in the past and loved working with Dr. Pacheo, but this in unacceptable. The policy is coercive at best and in my opinion scam. Only after the call did I look at the reviews and became disgusted. I guess they have expanded their policy to include weekdays also because my appointment was on Friday morning. Stay away!
