Dr Odden has been excellent in providing her expertise in her field. I feel very comfortable with her being that these are the only set of eyes and I trust her. I always ask to be seen by her for my future appt. Dr Odden is the Best.. I would recommend her to others without hesitation. Thank you Dr Odden!!
Shelby, the tech who assisted me during my visit, was very attentive. She thoroughly explained everything she was doing to prepare me for an intravitreal injection. Dr. Shaikh was very professional as usual, and he did a great job with the injection I received. The front desk staff is always kind, friendly, and helpful.

Dr Thompson is kind, informative, positive, welcoming with a smile, he always makes sure his patients understand the procedure before and also makes sure his patients are comfortable before he starts the procedure. Would definitely recommend him and continue to use him as a family retina doctor

I have seen a retina doctors, behind on their appointments because they come in an hour later. Mean while the patients numbing drops are wearing off. This place violates Medicaid/Medicare network adequacy standards, patient rights regarding dignity/respect, and potentially state-specific "timely access" regulations or insurance provider contracts.
When you have to wait over an hour you have disregarded "timely access." a Medicaid contractor, they are required to follow state-mandated wait time standards.
Patient Bill of Rights: You have the right to be treated with "courtesy, dignity, and respect". A two-hour wait without justification (like an emergency) may violate this principle, which is monitored by Medicare. File a Grievance: Call 1-800-MEDICARE or contact your state’s Medicaid office to report the facility.
Report to State Medical Board: If the practice frequently causes long wait times due to overbooking, you can file a complaint with the state medical board.
