Dr. Weinstein is the best doctor anyone could have. He is kind and caring and provides the greatest care to his patients. When I was being fitted for glasses, my optician told me that my results were excellent! I am so happy I selected him to do the surgery and highly recommend this doctor to everyone. Also, the PA, George, is very nice and extremely competent.
As I stated once before the doctor, Arlene Baga and Dr. Molly Rima are two of the most soothing and talented professional doctors that I know any further treatment with my vision. I prefer these two very lovely ladies.

Highly disorganized check-in. Sometimes I get the feeling that their chaos suggests poor management and cutting financial corners. They need upgraded systems and OMG wagging paper charts around in this age? I am thinking about getting a second opinion for my cataract surgery since this place seems to be cookie cutter.

The doctor seems fine. My appointment was at 9:00 a.m. 9:36 I asked how come I hadn't been called I had done a copay online so I didn't need to do pre-registration. 10:00 I asked how can I still haven't been called they tell me where to wait during this time I hear my name called my first name somebody else had the same first name and they went. Me not knowing that that should have been my appointment time and my name called. I wait again by the time I finally get back there the second technician that I see is tells me that there was a name confusion and somebody went in my spot. Which causes me to think one HIPAA violation since you didn't confirm the last name of the patient you took back there too you could have treated them for something different than maybe I needed to be treated for. And when you did realize that you had the wrong patient you didn't try to correct it and come back and get the correct patient which would have been me. So your score is one.
As always, my recent appointment with Dr. Barbara Marsh (and the medical techs who administered some tests to me that day) was handled perfectly! I would rate Dr. Marsh as at least an 11 on a scale of 1 to 10! She is EXTREMELY knowledgeable, which, to my mind, is the most important qualification for a glaucoma specialist. Her professionalism, patience, and courtesy add much to the overall experience, making each and every appointment a fine and productive one! Each of the three techs who administered tests to me that day were also knowledgeable, patient, and courteous, making the overall appointment very productive and about as pleasant as a medical appointment can be!
