- KCKaren CobbJan 7, 20224.0Marcella has a wonderful, meditative yoga flow class, and the Solstice yoga and wine tasting evening was festive and relaxing. Communication happens primarily online, as the studio is open when classes are in session. Staff is friendly and helpful.

I have been going to this location for months, and as a registered nurse in the emergency department and COVID numbers rising along with crisis staffing shortage, I unfortunately got flooded with work and haven’t attended in 2 months. Realized that they have been billing me regardless of my absence when trying to cancel, they stated I had to bring the account up to date before I would be able to cancel. I thought it was ridiculous that they were going to charge me an entire two months that I did not even step foot in the studio, I think that is right out unfair, he said I will keep being billed against my own will because I no longer want this subscription that I have not used since August, and will not be able to cancel until I pay over $150 at this point. I called in hoped they would understand. I definitely just need a break due to real life circumstances, I would definitely have gone back to this studio, but now I will never support this studio again. They promote health and wellness but can’t even help someone who has had nothing but hardships these past few months.

- SGSara El GabyMay 3, 20211.0Don’t do yoga at a corporation like this. The guy who signed my friend & I up for our membership didn’t tell us anything about a written notice to cancel. I told him put this down as my notice because I don’t want to commit right now. He said “yeah for sure I’ll put a note here you won’t be charged.” Sure enough I was charged, called the studio, the girl was not helpful whatsoever. The general manager same thing. They don’t care about anything but money. I’m still waiting for my refund & they did not honor what was told to my friend & I whatsoever. I’ll never go back here, there are way better local yoga places here in Albuquerque.
