I recently ordered a pair of glasses from Warby Parker at the store, and I'm genuinely impressed — the whole experience was smooth, customer-focused, and surprisingly delightful. Their service really stands out.

Went into this store with my prescription, with the intent to purchase glasses, as I live two hours away from the store. After agreeing that I would be better off having my prescription checked by their Dr. to assure that it was as correct as I possible, I was informed that there were no appointments. available that day and I would have to make the 4 hour round trip another day. Shortly thereafter, as I was looking at frames, another customer came in and was offered a same day appointment, that I was told was not possible for me. The only difference between him and I, his skin is white and mine is brown. If you are similarly complected, do what I did and take your business elsewhere.

I bought a pair of RX sunglasses about 6 months ago. I had cataract surgery, and no longer needed the RX lenses. I took the glasses in and asked if they could just replace the lens to a non-RX lens. I did qualify to replace the lens if I had a change of RX, but they would not replace lens, even if I paid for it. The recommendation was to just buy another frame which wasn’t needed. This is is a very bad policy, and I would not recommend buying any frames if you’re planning on cataract surgery that might not require a RX change

Extremely professional and friendly. I had a far better experience here than at other eyeglass stores I've worked with. Everyone here was very knowledgeable, and the eye exam was quick and easy. I also felt that the prices were quite reasonable for what I was getting.

They advertise a $95 dollar special but...... It only applies to certain plastic frames. Then if you happen to have a stronger prescription, it's another $60 more. If you want transition lenses then you'll cough up another $175.00 on top of everything else. So thats $330 for a pair of $95 glasses before you re even done. How is that cheaper? Definitely buying somewhere else.
