  The Smiths slogan is " Smiths your friendly neighborhood market", however if you are homeless then this Smiths location loves to have security guards follow you while you are shopping for groceries with your EBT, if you are even allowed in the store. Only one employee currently works here now, but they did have two employees, until last Sunday, are the only ones who actually talk to us homeless people like we are still human beings and it's because they understand that anyone could end up on the streets at any time and for any reason. If it was not for Robert( the gentlemen who used to work the fuel center closing shift) and for Charles, who also works the fuel center from time to time but is usually a cashier inside the store, then this Smiths location would receive a review of 0 star.s

  Worst experience and attitudes that I have ever experienced. The staff is a bunch of clowns that don't know have the slightest idea what customer service is. I filled 1 prescription here, and will never use them again.

  If I could give 1/2 star I would. I experienced problems with 2 separate tubes of ointment at a Walmart pharmacy so I thought I would have my doctor send a prescription to this pharmacy so that I would avoid another mishap. Any how, I called to check on the status and I explained to a tech named Rachel that it was very important that I get my OINTMENT because I was almost completely out and the very act of me opening my eyes could create a tear in my cornea and she told me there were 2 tubes of OINTMENT in my order and it was much less expensive than I was paying elsewhere. I was excited and headed over there. I got home, opened my bag and to my surprise it wasn't ointment, but it was eye drops. I called them and they said too bad. Your prescription was for drops. I asked why didn't Rachel tell me that? They had no answer. 😡

  This pharmacy is right by my house, & I like it! I also get all my vaccinations here too, very convenient...especially while grabbing a few groceries at the same time! They even checked my prescriptions for me & searched & made sure I got the best price available.
