- AAAndreaJun 29, 20251.0I have been having massive issues with a prescription. How come pharmacy employees didn't confirm the script from the doctor? They do make mistakes! Customer service at this location never HELP me. If you go into the health field, do it to help people, that is your job. (10 day scripts are so uncommon that you should have confirmed it wasnt a mistake, and you had time since you got it in April!)
- FWFoster WallaceJun 19, 20251.0Had wisdom teeth out, and showed up to pick up my prescriptions for antibiotic and pain medications around 7:12 pm. The only person working the pharmacy was on a personal phone call on speakerphone so i could hear every word, while i stood waiting for him to realize there's a patient waiting. Why would you take a personal call during working hours and neglect to do your job?? And why in gods name would you put it on speakerphone so i can hear your phone call from 10 feet away from the pharmacy window. I waited 10 minutes while this guy was on the phone talking to some dude about his family and trucks and whatever the hell else before i finally knocked on the pharmacy window. And of course he had a huge attitude and didn't give a damn. Are you serious? Some old dude behaving like a teenager working in the pharmacy.
