- DMDarkness MoonJan 31, 20261.0The pharmacist and staff were extremely rude and judgmental when I tried to fill my narcotic prescription. They made me feel awful, like I was doing something wrong just for needing my medication. I will never return to this pharmacy and want to warn others—if you have any narcotics to fill, go to a different location. You deserve to be treated with respect, not made to feel like garbage.I hate that I even have to give them one star. I moved from there a few months ago and the other Smith's pharmacy are so kind and professional. They know how to treat their customers with dignity and respect.

I got up to the window but I wasn’t sure if she was talking to me because she was looking somewhere else in the pharmacy. I said I’m sorry I’m not sure if you’re talking to me. Then she got very rude and if looks can kill, she was glaring at me. I tried smiling and joking a little bit, trying to make her smile, but she just sat there and glared at me. At that point is when I got upset and told her, you know what, never mind, I will take my business and my moms elsewhere. I have a hard time dealing with people who are downright rude. If you can’t deal with the public especially to people who are being nice to you, You need to find another job. All it takes is one employee to ruin it for the company they work for.

They accept most prescriptions through the doctor as well as through fax for scripts usually required to be handed in by the customer (you). The staff is always friendly and professional. They never have a problem taking time for their customers to answer questions and address concerns. I've also never experienced them being out of medications when I go to fill them. You do have to make sure to call in your scripts because their "automatic refill" system doesn't really work. But even calling them in, they're usually available the same day.
