  After an ongoing issue I had with Walgreens regarding obtaining accutane within the approved window of time, this pharmacy filled and dispensed my prescription SAME DAY when I only had a day left of ipledge approval. I was so grateful to not have to see my provider to get approved for accutane again.

  Someone always picks up when I call. Vaccines are walk-in and never an issue. Techs/ clerks are knowledgeable and the pharmacists are never too busy to help, either. Live closer to another Smiths and it’s worth the drive to this one.

  Every month I’ve had to fight for my medications. I guess when a doctor calls a med in the pharmacy doesn’t fill it until the patient calls and begs for it. I didn’t know that’s how monthly prescriptions work. I’m desperately attempting to switch pharmacy’s but Smith’s won’t let go. I want to be deleted like I never existed there but instead I am trapped, begging for meds to be filled, and getting hung up on. Great! A patient calls and is crying because the med should have been filled Friday and it’ll be hours until you can get to it and your policy is to hang up? Awesome.
