I would fire Rhonda if I were boss. She is just plain toxic and bad for business. Good news after being scolded my Rhonda and treated like dirt by the pharmacist. I was told my doctor didn’t put in a code. I thought everyone is human and told my doctor I understood she had me look in my chart and yes indeed there is a code. I called another pharmacy and said prescription was filled in 2 hours flat. This place is really odd. They ask the doctors and patients to jump through hoops that make no sense. Decided if you are a vaccine center and to suspend prescription services during vaccine season. Update I request corporate office monitor phone calls with the pharmacy and patients to see how disrespectful the pharmacist and technician are to patients. It not becoming of medical professionals to behave in this manner. This store is fantastic with the exception of the pharmacy. Also have someone monitor the in person interactions with the pharmacy staff and patients. There is a tech named Rhonda or Wananda or something and she is confrontational and abrasive says she doesn’t understand it doesn’t matter I am not here to explain to her. A mean bloke go back on and slammed at me due to Wanda Rohnda. Hopefully there can be an improvement. There was a polite tech. Called another place and they had the medication ready in 2 hours. So much for the bloke lashing out at me. Really odd place. Other pharmacy just fills stuff without the Wanda/Rhonda tantrum. Whole pharmacy staff seems unhappy and overworked. It is not right to do that to them. The woman just says hold and slams phone. Management needs to step in and help them with more staff so they can function as a pharmacy not just a vaccine center.

My husband and I love Smiths Kroger Pharmacy. Personal and welcoming service. It is easy to speak with a pharmacist when needed. Always good service.

This pharmacy is very good. I've been at CVS, Walgreens, Costco and Smith's. CVS quit taking my insurance, before that they were very good. Smith's is equal to CVS. Walgreens is too busy and short-handed to check all the boxes, but they know what they are doing. Costco Rx got an 'F' because they charge the customer more than is allowed by law because their staff are ignorant of the law and don't know how to configure their system, nor do they train their new hires. Those customers who figure it out, leave. I switched to Smith's and it's easy to transfer prescriptions and if I ever have a special circumstance I go in person to chat. They always try to help. All is good here. Plus, they can transfer between Albuquerque and Santa Fe, unlike many pharmacies in the area. They are often cheaper than mail order.

Poor service. Cashiers standing around. Unhelpful staff. Dirty Store. Very unsanitary, staff picking their nose while handling food. Won't shop there.

This is the closest Smith's to my house on the corner of Eubank and Juan Tabo in a shopping center with some good shops like a Walgreens, Dairy Queen, and great sports bar/karaoke Spectators. There is also a fuel station. This grocer always has a stocked and organized produce section. The cold drinks aisle is huge with a nice variety. Customer Service had an employee the other day who made getting a replacement loyalty card a breeze. Self Checkout has 6 or 7 stations so I never have to wait very long to get out of there. Right as you come in the south side of the store you come through a large bakery and deli which is always stocked with delicious, fresh product. The only rub I have with the place is no public restroom I can see, though they may have one upstairs, I've never asked. Store is always clean though a traffic jam can form right between the frozen aisles and the checkouts so travel through the back of the store.
