- ILIsac LiberiaSep 21, 20251.0Workers here are unprofessional. There was an older man Latino man who worked at the desk. He did not like a shirt that my friend was wearing. He made a rude comment and asked us to leave multiple times if they did not change. For a place that thats a "Judgement free zone" is actually the opposite of that. Wouldn't recommend this location.
- JNJoyce NortonSep 16, 20252.0I’ve generally liked this gym, but I’ve had some troubling experiences. On my last visit, another member walked by; cussing, (initially as I sat down) appeared to take photos of me and my guest, and then complained to staff I wasn’t “using the machine enough.” To preface, I was only on the machine for about 7-10 minutes before the complaint was acted upon. I have a medical condition that requires longer breaks between intervals, which should not be grounds for removal from a machine, and, if it is, the lack of accommodation is upsetting. Still, staff though polite, asked me to move without really assessing the situation or communicating. It’s frustrating that one person’s complaint can displace others without fair review, and unfortunately, this isn’t the first uncomfortable encounter I’ve had here. The gym no longer feels as safe or welcoming as it should.

I was sort of dreading this one because it’s in kind of a weird location in the corner of a strip mall, but honestly it was a very nice location. Clean, lots of equipment, showers all operational. I had a lovely workout here
