First I was told I need to go to my home gym (which closed, but apparently I was transferred to a random location). So I went there to cancel, but both times the signature pad was broken. I transferred my membership to this location so I could cancel it. Today I was told that the manager Matthew does not allow his employees to cancel memberships. I have to come back in when Matthew is on shift. It is a JOKE how hard it is to cancel this membership for a crappy gym. I wish I could give a negative star rating. At this point, I will just cancel my debit card since it is impossible to cancel the actual membership. Don’t sign up for a membership! It is purposely impossible to cancel.
