The absolute worst company to deal with. They promised to deliver my electric wheelchair on the 13th of March 2025 at 1:30 p.m. I waited for over 2 hours and then called the dealership. The front office told me the tech had tried to deliver around 2:00 p.m. but no one answered the door. That was not true. Then they said they could deliver it next week. I realized then that somethingwas not right. Finally, I convinced them to come out on the day they promised and my wheelchair was delivered without a owner's manual or the most important feature A CHARGER!?? The tech told me they had misplaced the charger and they would bring it out when they found it. They weren't ready to deliver on the day promised. I waited 3 weeks to get a charger that malfunctioned and did not come in the original box. It took untll July of 2025 before a tech actually showed up and gave me a used charger that doesn't work either. In August of 2025, the right armrest started to have a lot of play in it and the joystick was not operating properly. I called them once more and explained the problem in great detail to two different people who promised they would send a message and someone would come out in a couple days and fix the problem. On November 10th of 2025 I received a call that they had a work order for me. The right armrest which holds the joystick in front was coming off cuz it wasn't properly bolted. It took them 3 months to return my call. They said it was normal for the armrest to have a lot of play and then declined to send a tech out to look at my wheelchair. That's where I am today... A charger that does not function properly and the right arm rest wobbling and about ready to fall off completely. They also did a lousy job of mounting an oxygen canister on the back to hold my portable oxygen tanks. This company is a scam. I called Medicare who is paying for the wheelchair and told them the problem. Medicare promised to intervene in some respect and have the problem rectified shortly. This is the absolute worst company I have ever dealt with. I have pulmonary fibrosis and I'm literally dying of respiratory failure. I am on 8 liters of oxygen. That is the GOD honest truth. The last time I saw my pulmonologist she said perhaps 6 months, 9 months, or less than a year to live. That sums it up... This company cares nothing about you, they only care about the money they can scam from Medicare.

I have called 11 times to see why they did not show up for their appointment to fix my son’s wheelchair and they have yet to return my call. This is the worst Customer Service I have ever seen

Well, I'll say pretty good experience so far over the phone and the computer as per my Mobility Scooter order. Have not had a face to face meeting yet but I suspect it will be a positive one. Can't wait to go to their place to pick up the scooter and I hope I like it as much as I anticipate.

Marcella, is a very amazing person. She really has gotten way out of her way to help me contacting my primary Doctor for paperwork. Got me set up for my assessments to get approved for my four-wheels mobility scooter. Has told me to contact her for any help I need. I feel she deserves a raise. Thank you so much Marcella for all you do for me. I highly recommend her. God bless you and your family. Take care.
