  After receiving an invitation card by mail from Miracle Ear to receive a free hearing evaluation and to receive a $50 Dollar Amazon Gift Card just to schedule an appointment to do a Free hearing test. After completing the hearing test. I asked about the Amazon gift card and was told that it would be mailed to my home address in approximately 2 weeks from Amazon and if I hadn't received it give them a call and they would have it sent to their office and I can pick it up there. I said ok and left. A few days later the office called and said that I didn't qualify for the gift card. I was told that since my test showed no loss of hearing that I didn't qualify. Miracle Ear practices False, Fraudulent, Marketing Advertising to Entrap Potential Customers by not fully or truthfully disclosing the requirements upfront. The Fraudulent technique that's used is Miniture Microscopic lettering undetectable with the naked eyes. Even with normal vision you need a magnifying glass to see 👀 or read. I refuse to do business with any company that practices this type of marketing SCAM! If Miracle Ear and Amazon agrees to send the gift card as offered only then thru rescillication I'll be vindicated. I went in because I have strong Tinnitus.

  I am in Albuquerque for The balloon fiesta. Started having some issues with my hearing aids. My brother inlaw suggested this location since it was the one he uses. We went to see if they could get me in. We where greet by the receptionist she was very friendly. And had a very infectious smile I felt right at home. She set up an appointment 2 days later. WhenI went in for my appointment I met with Kirk. He checked my hearing aid’s. The left one would not connect to his system. He contacted service support center. They new exactly what was wrong. He got that issue resolved. And went several steps further. He redid my hearing tests. Then programmed my hearing aids. They are now working better than they have. Sounds are more balanced. I can hear much better than before. I strongly recommend this location since. They are very accommodating and professional. Very pleasant and very friendly.

  My 1st instrument was purchased from Kurt, some 25 years ago. When I lost it, I tried other brands but came back to Kurt because of his expertise and caring about me and my situations. I brought my wife to Kurt when she became concerned about her hearing relation to Alzheimer's. Kurt showed his concern about her fears and worked with her to get the instruments that she was comfortable with. I highly recommend him to any of my acquaintances.

  I was out of town visiting my son during the holidays and my hearing aid cleaner tool broke. I called and asked if they could give me one and also clean my hearing aids, this location was so willing to help, they also adjusted them cleaned them and gave me extra tips as well. Thank you so much for helping while away from my home.

  Continued great service from everyone with time to discuss issues with new hearing aids. Explained how the hearing aids work and custom fitted to my ears. Your phone can be used to control the sound level in different situations. Would suggest that others call or visit the office to talk to the staff and set up appointment. Thanks to all.
