  Caution of Customer service by this location. I was scheduled for a hearing aid check and adjustment. When I received a confirmation call, I answered politely and stated that if the call was to confirm my appointment, I would be there. The receptionist abruptly hung up on me mid-conversation. That behavior alone is unprofessional and disrespectful. I immediately called back to ask why the call was disconnected. When I arrived the following day for my appointment, instead of receiving professional service, I was confronted by Kirk. He spoke to me in a condescending and aggressive manner, accusing me of being disrespectful to his employee and stating he would “not tolerate it.” This was both false and inappropriate. I was not rude—I was addressing the fact that the call was abruptly ended. I had just purchased my hearing aids and was seeking routine after-care. I am an adult and a paying customer, not a child to be scolded or spoken down to. The way I was treated was unethical, demeaning, and entirely unprofessional. It is deeply concerning that a business serving hearing-impaired individuals—many of whom are elders—would allow staff to behave this way. The receptionist needs immediate customer-service training, and Kirk’s behavior was equally unacceptable and unfit for someone in a leadership role. If I had known that this was the level of after-care and respect provided, I would have taken my business elsewhere without hesitation. I will not tolerate being treated this way, and I strongly caution others considering this location. Mircle Ear take action instead of posting you take customer concerns. Looks as you copy and paste the details on every review. Shame on you.

  Very unprofessioal...bait and switch operation...told me they were a True Hearing center then at my appointment stated they were not after telling me two weeks prior they would fulfill my needs...they outright lied to me...the lowest of low in professionalism. I went to Walmart and found a hearing aid that amplified my hearing without all the bullshit of these price gougers!!! .

  After receiving an invitation card by mail from Miracle Ear to receive a free hearing evaluation and to receive a $50 Dollar Amazon Gift Card just to schedule an appointment to do a Free hearing test. After completing the hearing test. I asked about the Amazon gift card and was told that it would be mailed to my home address in approximately 2 weeks from Amazon and if I hadn't received it give them a call and they would have it sent to their office and I can pick it up there. I said ok and left. A few days later the office called and said that I didn't qualify for the gift card. I was told that since my test showed no loss of hearing that I didn't qualify. Miracle Ear practices False, Fraudulent, Marketing Advertising to Entrap Potential Customers by not fully or truthfully disclosing the requirements upfront. The Fraudulent technique that's used is Miniture Microscopic lettering undetectable with the naked eyes. Even with normal vision you need a magnifying glass to see 👀 or read. I refuse to do business with any company that practices this type of marketing SCAM! If Miracle Ear and Amazon agrees to send the gift card as offered only then thru rescillication I'll be vindicated. I went in because I have strong Tinnitus.

  I am in Albuquerque for The balloon fiesta. Started having some issues with my hearing aids. My brother inlaw suggested this location since it was the one he uses. We went to see if they could get me in. We where greet by the receptionist she was very friendly. And had a very infectious smile I felt right at home. She set up an appointment 2 days later. WhenI went in for my appointment I met with Kirk. He checked my hearing aid’s. The left one would not connect to his system. He contacted service support center. They new exactly what was wrong. He got that issue resolved. And went several steps further. He redid my hearing tests. Then programmed my hearing aids. They are now working better than they have. Sounds are more balanced. I can hear much better than before. I strongly recommend this location since. They are very accommodating and professional. Very pleasant and very friendly.
