- RSRobert SelphDec 11, 20251.0Eyemart XpressMusic on Holly, if you plan on going here and have allergies or sensitivity to smells be aware that the scent walking in and throughout the store is overwhelming, so much so that I had to wear a mask with charcoal infused to prevent from not being able to walk thru to the optometrist in the back corner of the store. I was looking forward to looking for glasses here but after calling the store and asking about the smell or if it could be turned down/off, I was told by a young lady who showed no concern for my or others sensitivity, that those are plug-ins throughout the store so that the store won't smell bad. I was hoping to be able to continue to see my eye doctor there at the Iris Eye Care (the independent optometrist located in the Eyemart Xpress) but after speaking to the employee there at the Eyemart Xpress, I now know that I will never be back to that location again. I don't recommend that if you have smell sensitivity or allergies or just don't like rude or employees that don't even care enough, that you avoid this Eyemart Xpress completely! There's plenty of other eyeglass stores to shop from out there that do care!
