Very efficient, well staffed, Experienced! Pamela explained all options, they have a wonderful warranty program, best I ever heard of! I also love the huge selection they had! Pamela got me taken care of very efficiently. In out of that store within 30 min. The glasses 2 pairs! We're done in 20 min!!! This place knows their stuff! Very happy, will be back!

And recently, my dog decided to chew them up, and I didn’t know what to do! I called them and ask and there was no questions asked. They said they would replace them and I would have them in a week or two.! I’m so grateful for this service and these people are absolutely amazing. I thought for sure that I had wasted $1500 onto two pair of glasses but nope they had my back and they’ll have yours as well if you ever need it I definitely recommend them they go above and beyond what they need to.! Previous optic shops that I’ve visited this week were unable to provide me with a quick replacement due to my extreme prescription so I was worried that I wouldn’t be able to get my glasses the same day but eyemart express was able to do it under half an hour! Would highly recommend and will definitely be a returning customer. The staff is quick and kind and were able to answer very question I had.
