I have really enjoyed getting familiar with reformer pilates. I had a medical issue right at the start of my membership that I didn’t get on hold before loosing a lot of classes. The manager has been so accommodating in expanding my window of time to have access to the classes. It seems this studio is growing along with me as I get stronger which feels great. I also appreciate that the classes have space and I don’t have to be on a waitlist or schedule a month ahead.
Inviting environment, kind instructors, and clean facility. A lot of diversity in the class schedule, and fun classes.

I’m really disappointed with my experience at this studio. The communication has been poor from the start, but what really upset me was the parking garage situation. I was told to park in the garage for free, but I ended up getting a ticket. When I brought it up, they told me there was a specific section I should have parked in — but assured me they would take care of the ticket.
Fast forward to today, I received a notice in the mail saying my payment is late and that my car could be towed if I don’t pay. I’m now stuck paying a ticket I was told would be handled, and I’m frustrated to be getting collection warnings over something that should have been resolved. This whole experience has been such a letdown. I’ll definitely be avoiding Club Pilates studios moving forward.
UPDATE: Manager is working on getting the ticket cleared

A kind and respectful atmosphere, fun and challenging classes. There's plentiful, free parking all over the area. Highly recommend.

I was in that class with Greg. Not only was he whining about the equipment being too small, he made it clear he was frustrated by clanging the springs and pulleys. Had he taken a moment, he would have realized he didn't need full extension for the shoulder and arm muscles we were working on. These exercises are literally about form and control. He clearly has none. His behavior was sophomoric and embarrassing to watch. As far as the the fecal issue in the garage, that's just nonsense. Yes, it's gross but not the fault of Club Pilates.
Onto to the good stuff. I bought an unlimited membership that I feel is worth the price tag. I have been consistently going 4x a week for about 6 weeks now. My posture is straighter, I am gaining muscle and I love the friendliness of the staff. Kayla is a joy to talk to and has been very accommodating to not only myself, but everyone who walks through the door.
As a brand new space, there were a couple hiccups but were ultimately sorted out. The space is small, but very clean. Unlimited members are able to take classes at all locations. This is a good perk, as I work across town. I highly suggest taking an intro class and meeting the staff. They make you feel welcome. Don't forget your grippy socks!
