  The instructors are amazing but customer service is not. See below how they respond for proof. I left to mexico to help my grandmother! I'm back in the states as of yesterday due to my daughters being sick and this is what I also have to deal with on top of it. Thank you for proving my point. Contract over the person. They would rather have you pay a WHOLE month you can't go and pause the month you can go. Then ignore you. I have paid so many $15 and $20 fees when I canceled a class to late or missed over my kids or illness. Edit: yes they message you about payment missing but ignore your messages asking, don't answer the phone and won't email you back. I'm not the only review to say this. You ignored the issue I had going on on why I couldn't attend this month and then just charged me. The form to pause for the up coming month was a link to some website, there was no form. So please spare me the "i contacted you" dates as they were ONLY to charge me but please list all the dates you replied to me or returned a phone call or email. The BBB review will be done too. You ignore us and then just throw the contract in our face. This is also the 3rd time I tell you I do not want to attend your club anymore so quit saying you want me to go back.

  In February 2024, I began a Pilates journey that has significantly improved my physical well-being. Despite initial hesitation, I quickly developed a deep passion for Pilates. Deanna, an outstanding instructor, has consistently encouraged me to go beyond my limits. Her extensive knowledge and valuable experience have been crucial to my progress. The physical benefits have been impressive, and I have noticed a clear transformation in my body. I highly recommend attending at least five Pilates classes per week, as the investment is truly worthwhile.

  Price went up too high and unlimited class pass isn't really unlimited. Everything was better few years ago.

  My poor experience is based off customer service. After asking the front desk to cancel my membership, they NEVER gave me a form to fill out, but an email saying I would not like to renew as I was moving. I still got charged $173 for the following month and was told that because I never filled out a cancellation form they could not refund me and would not. Very disappointing that they could not recognize the fault was their own and give me a refund. Will never be returning or recommending this place to anyone.
