  The instructors and owner are all very encouraging and positive! Everyone has a sunny disposition and the music is upbeat and motivating. Thankful that spaces like this exist!

  I was spoked with Suzy on texting and she said no refund and then she didn’t reply back me after 10 minutes. I feel they ripped off me about deaf that can’t hear and CANNOT UNDERSTAND their talking during classes time and isn’t fair with me. I paid $106.55 for 8 classes and didn’t fit me this classes! Hard this situation.. unbelievably these bad with deaf! I am sorry I have to saying this but you know better that isn’t cool! Also Suzy never told me about RULES are… Not satisfied with that one thoughts!

  Barre3 ABQ is simply the best! Not only do you get an amazing workout, you are joining a true community of instructors and people that care about you both in and out of the studio. I love that Barre3 focuses on honoring your own personal truth with exercise and never shames anyone for modifying or making it their own- in fact, it’s encouraged! I’ve been able to adopt Barre3 when I was pregnant, postpartum, or neither and get the best workout that meets me where I am at that point in time. I tend to refer to the studio as my sanity because it truly grounds me and helps me do everything else in my life that much better. Please try it out if you haven’t, you will fall in love!

  Right when you walk in the door you are greeted with a warm smile, a friendly hello and a beautiful studio. Each time I have been in for a class the instructor comes and connects with me one-on-one, leads a strong, supportive and uplifting class and I leave feeling at ease and refreshed. Barre3 in Abq is my first experience at a Barre3 studio and it has been one I would certainly tell anyone to come check out to move in a an intelligent and strengthening way!
