they will not answer a phone. you leave message, if they call you back they leave a message to call the same phone that they do not answer. absolutely worthless business practice.

I have always felt like everybody at Allergy Partners of Albuquerque are very friendly and does their best to provide the best care to me.
Dr Wang and the office staff are all great - my One star review is a reflection of the Corporate policy. They charge a $50 if you don't CONFIRM. Never at any Doctor has that been a policy I've seen - Charge for a no-show, sure... but to confirm you have to answer a billion questions on their EMR, it's a pain in the nuts, and even if you do show up, you didn't confirm so you pay $50.

I’m in the same boat as other reviewers. They have a terrible system for booking appointments, it’s convoluted, cumbersome, and frustrating. Good luck trying to make a change and getting someone to call you back. Ultimately they’ll hit you a $50 no show fee.
They canceled my appointment without any sort of notification. I drove into the parking lot, 8:30am in the middle of the workweek. Sign on the door said that they were closed that day. Not cool guys. 👎
