- NSNaomi SanchezFeb 28, 20261.0The lady that answers the phone is very unfriendly I try my best to be very polite because I do know they are very busy. But when I went to get my prescription I over heard her tell the man I can care less about being nice they don’t pay her enough to be nice. She has horrible customer service. Also I waited for over 25 minutes in line and there was only 5 people ahead of me when I got there.

Not only did she loudly announce my prescription to everyone in an earshot and voice her irrelevant opinions about the dosage- she also refused to refill my proscription after speaking to my doctor. She initially told me she NEEDS to know why the dosage is what it is. She even asked my daughter why the dosage is what it is, which is literally none of her business. Most awful and embarrassing experience I’ve ever had.

But the next time I have another questionable encounter there, I am pulling all of our Rx’s. My kids have already transferred theirs due to the poor service.
