The absolutely worst care I have received from a military provider. I had to speak to the Nurse line this morning and she was dismissive and acted irritated by the conversation. I was also told to change my Tricare status if I didn't like it.

The doctors are actually pretty good. Especially the pediatric doctors. The problem is that you have to wade a mile through bad attitudes and incompetence to get to a doctor. Anyone who answers a phone there needs basic communication training.

Communication? Knowing processes and procedures? NOT HERE. I've spoken to approximately 8 different people from appointment lines, to nurses to doctor and no one knows what the hell is going on. I've been misscheduled which can be crucial. I have tried to talk about symptoms and basically told it was all in my head. Pretty much anytime I opened my mouth the first 2 years I was immediately shut down. So I just stopped coming here. I've recently had to return for pcs reasons and it's been such a nightmare. Don't go here unless all other options are used and it's a last resort. Everything you say and do will be used against you and doctors will pressure you.
