  Wasn't able to access Genesis online because my email didn't match; I tried every email I could think of until I learned that my email was never entered in, so of course, everything I tried was wrong. Took time off work to go to an appointment; doctor told me I needed an x-ray, but that radiology closed early that day, so I couldn't go while I was already there. I checked the hours later and saw that they were, in fact, still open, but I was unable to get the x-ray because I needed to take more time off of work. The radiology portion of the website says that it opens at 7:30 am for walk-ins, so on my next day off, I plan on going in first thing in the morning to get it over with, but a lady at the door said that they were closed all day for training, but it wasn't on the website or anything. So I will have to take more time off work to try to go in for my x-ray.

  Communication? Knowing processes and procedures? NOT HERE. I've spoken to approximately 8 different people from appointment lines, to nurses to doctor and no one knows what the hell is going on. I've been misscheduled which can be crucial. I have tried to talk about symptoms and basically told it was all in my head. Pretty much anytime I opened my mouth the first 2 years I was immediately shut down. So I just stopped coming here. I've recently had to return for pcs reasons and it's been such a nightmare. Don't go here unless all other options are used and it's a last resort. Everything you say and do will be used against you and doctors will pressure you.
