For the pass 6 month my children have been seen with other providers not Dr. Aragon and when our 6 month cleaning appointment came up the office was closed which I did not get notified. I called the office to confirm our appointment and the person answered and gave me the day a week before their appointment was and I called 2 days before taking my kids out of school to make sure they are still open and there was no response or anything which made me upset. I had to find another dentist for my children. I am glad I didn’t have to take them out of school for this situation.

Super unprofessional the way they just shut down right after scheduling my son's appointment and not giving any solution as to what to do about our issue then finally at least a month later sent out a letter referring us to other dental offices that doesn't even except our insurance nor are they excepting new patients. It made it super inconvenient and difficult to find a new office to see my children due to the fact that they just had full cleaning and xrays with this office. During our time with them they seemed to do everything half ass but I was chalking it up to just being me but the more we went the morw things seemed rushed and unprofessional.

I have no idea what is going on. The website for the dentist has temporarily closed, and I have been trying to call them for weeks and days; there is no answer. My children have an appointment soon, and no one can give me an answer. If they did close, I did not receive a letter or anything, so frustrating.

As a parent, the staff here made me feel terrible- and I am not a bad parent. I left the appointment crying! My son was scheduled for sedation after being seen a couple times in the summer for a cavity that the dentist put sealant on. Sedation was scheduled then come to find out after I called to confirm that the dental office (formerly a to z) had closed and patients were moving to Dr. Aragon’s private practice office- however the appt was unavailable so we had to delay it again for a month. Sedation day comes and a few red flags- the receptionist was the one doing pre procedure vitals and assessment (staff kept trying to check my 2 year old’s bp with an adult wrist cuff- unsuccessfully obviously). Receptionist was the one that gave sedation medication (unsure of her credentials). Honestly, the receptionist was the nicer person on staff that day. My son was taken back to a room a strapped in a papoose and I couldn’t be in there with him. He was tired but still upset. After all of that, they told didn’t do any work on him. They told me that an appointment was missed for cleaning, but I was never notified that such appointment was made. And he was still seen by a dentist twice in the summer, so I am unclear as to why they didn’t do that while he was seen. And then I was told while he was sedated that there was too much work that needed to be done so they just brushed his teeth, took some crappy x-rays and made us schedule for hospital. This should’ve been assessed before he was sedated, especially if it was a different dentist that was doing the work than who saw him over the summer. (I wasn’t with him at the appointments. My husband was in the summer.) I left crying and frustrated so I got a second opinion and I am so glad I did. The opinion was the same with the other dental office, but I got a call about a week before scheduling that this office is no longer seeing patients. I am not sure what is going on here. 😵‍💫
