- CMChristine D MJan 15, 20261.0Wasn't able to access Genesis online because my email didn't match; I tried every email I could think of until I learned that my email was never entered in, so of course, everything I tried was wrong. Took time off work to go to an appointment; doctor told me I needed an x-ray, but that radiology closed early that day, so I couldn't go while I was already there. I checked the hours later and saw that they were, in fact, still open, but I was unable to get the x-ray because I needed to take more time off of work. The radiology portion of the website says that it opens at 7:30 am for walk-ins, so on my next day off, I plan on going in first thing in the morning to get it over with, but a lady at the door said that they were closed all day for training, but it wasn't on the website or anything. So I will have to take more time off work to try to go in for my x-ray.
