CrossFit 709 is a locally owned and operated fitness centre with 24-hour member access. We offer daily classes that teach functional fitness. CrossFit is defined as "Constantly varied, functional movements performed at a high intensity". Our workouts are different every day and are infinitely scalable which means everybody can do CrossFit!
