  I have been using Miracle Ear in Woodstown NJ as my source for hearing aids for seven years. The staff, and especially Janine, is very nice to work with and exceedingly helpful in working with you to select the appropriate hearing aids for your individual needs. They provide free cleaning of your hearing aids on a regular basis. I highly recommend this business if you are in need of hearing aids and looking for a source with a number of aid options, a range of prices, payment options, and a pleasant and knowledgeable staff.

  If I could give a negative star I would. Not sure what happened to this place because it wasn’t anything like the other reviews. This was our first time there (I was taking my 87 year old mother to have her ears checked). When we first walked in my thoughts were about how dirty and plain the place looked. It looked like a hole in the wall. Our appointment was set for 3-4pm. I had gotten an email that it would be an hour long. We got there a little before 3 because we figured we would have to fill out paperwork, which we did. We were done with the paperwork just a few minutes before 3 o’clock. I handed it to the woman that was in a back office. She said “She will be with you shortly”. I wasn’t sure who “she” was, but I heard 2 people talking in another room. So my mom and I waited and waited. We waited till 3:40. I went back to that one office where the woman was who took our paperwork, but she wasn’t there. 2 people were still gabbing away in the back room. My mother was so mad because we had been waiting already 45 minutes, our appointment was supposed to be from 3 to 4 o’clock, and now, whatever time they take us back, it would mean we would have to be here another hour from that point. Plus no one came out to let us know how much longer they would be, or even apologize for the wait that they were running behind schedule….like a polite receptionist should. So we left. They will not get our business.
