- SSStaceyJun 23, 20251.0My dog needed a prescription for her collapsed trachea for her to breathe which I dropped off Thursday(requires the actual script to be physically dropped off) They had to order it and said it would be in Friday and I had to call them on Friday to make sure it was in. Physically went there in the afternoon. Not in, never even ordered!!! Forgave them. I was told that it was on the order and would be in Saturday until a gentleman coworker corrected her and said it would be on the order for Sunday. The girl told me to call Sunday. I confirmed with her and her coworker in person that it would be in Sunday. They confirmed and told me to call at 10. Called at 10 on Sunday and was told the order went out on Sunday and it wouldn’t be in until Monday and to call on Monday around 12…. Called Monday and spoke to a very fast talking boy who tried to sound like a girl and he told me to call at 3. Called at 3 and was told nope it’ll be ready at 4. My husband went after work to pick it up and guess what?!?!? Not filled….. Hands down the most incompetent people working together in one place.Needless to say my dog ran out of her prescription because of these morons. I should have trusted my gut to begin with. If you’re looking for great customer service and getting a prescription filled, go elsewhere because they could care less.
