  I absolutely love coming to this urgent care. I’ve been a patient here for years, and no matter the situation, everyone always treats me with so much respect and kindness. Even after moving farther away, this is still the only place I trust and choose to come to.

  Waiting room was clean and inviting. Check in staff pleasant. Triage staff had to enter medication list that staff didn’t ask for at previous visit one week ago along with health history information. Exam room was dirty, floors needed to be scrubbed, exam table base looked like it had never been wiped down. Physician’s Assistant seemed to not want to touch patient. All he did was listen to lungs and look at throat without tongue depressor. I had to ask for ears to be checked. Never checked lymph nodes. Never checked for sinus pain himself. If physician extenders are being used, they need to perform in all ways the physician would. As a 40+ year’s experienced RN, I would not recommend AFC Woodbury.

  The office personell were very nice and helpful. I was not feeling well at all. The physician looked like he had just come off a double shift. He was not very alert and kept his head down. He did look in one ear but he missed the second ear. The entire examination was weird. However, he did give me two Rx that really helped.

  Went in feeling lethargic and with a bad cough. NP refused to give me an antibiotic and told me to swallow honey for my throat. She said if it gets worse come back in. Well 4 days later I am wheezing and hacking, fever, fatigue and when I call they still won’t call in an antibiotic in and want me to come in again!!! I called my family Dr and he did a tele med appt and issued an antibiotic. I should have called him to begin with, instead I suffered for days. They just want to bill insurance, and rush you out the door. Never again.

  Visited the center yesterday . It was completely empty on a Sunday night . Check in was a breeze . Even though it was empty , I thought I would be seen within 5-10 minutes , instead , it was another 35 minutes wait before I was called to get vitals . Once it is done , as I am walking in the back to a room . I notice a doctor with his feet up , taking a nap and an another lady on her cellphone . Therefore it was another 35 minutes wait to be seen by the same doctor that was napping earlier . Visiting the center didn’t help with my health issue . I was giving some lame reason for my problem . Blaming on the medicines that I have been taking for the last 5 years . It was recommended that I see my primary doctor the next day . No joke , no treatment or medicine was prescribe . Do not visit this center , is a waste of your time .
