They instantly made all the accommodations to set me up with a last min eye exam and a pair of new glasses. The process from the moment I walked in and Jaylee greeted me and booked me an eye exam. To Nakye who went ABOVE AND BEYOND in helping me pick out a pair of eyeglasses. I felt like I’ve known her all my life. With her help and Elias, the entire team made sure to get me my pair of glasses before my trip. I’ve never experienced such amazing service before. Amazing team. The doctor was very friendly and through. Thank you so so much!!

I also needed new glasses since my prescription changed and i was introduced to JAYLEE the kindest person I ever had to deal with in a doctor’s office.. she tried her very best to work with my insurance to get me the best deal I can.. what a great experience.. thank you.. I also want to thank Elias and Mel for all of their help.. and last but not least the store manager Nakye for all of her help.. And yes I asked for their names because they deserve a thank you and an appreciation..

Elias (the Optician) did a fast job at swapping out my lenses into the new frames and was very sociable. I'd recommend anyone come here if they need anything done great customer service.
