I called my insurance and they confirmed what I have. They wanted to charge $25 for cancellations, when I have insurance, it was just out of network, I was not a no show. They mentioned I took another patients spot, I literally changed the timing of my appointment yesterday so there was already availability. The reception starts demanding and shouting to pay now. Then threatens to send a bill to collections for $25, when there is no bill even sent, why say the bill is going directly to collections. The reception could have been more accommodating and understanding and I would have continued, bad service.
