  I went to Club Pilates in Woodbridge during their grand opening event for a free introductory class. Stephanie, the instructor, was lovely, knowledgeable, and made me feel very comfortable as a newbie to the Pilates world. I loved the class, signed up for the 3 months, and am looking forward to my new fitness journey😊

  I hosted the Pilates party of my dreams at this location! I love my home base in Metuchen, but I was truly blown away by how beautiful and clean this studio was. The management is incredibly organized and on top of everything, and the instructors are amazing. It was such a great experience.

  I’m so excited we have a new Pilates studio in Woodbridge. It’s excellent!! The instructors are amazing! Each one is well trained and very supportive. The equipment is brand new, and can be used in a variety of ways. I’m sure I’m working muscles I never knew existed. Is also great that the studio has two rooms. So far I have gotten into each class I attempted.

  I’ve really been enjoying classes at Club Pilates Woodbridge this past month. The studio is clean and well kept, and I love that there are two studios within the space — it makes scheduling so much easier with more class options available. All of the instructors are great and each one teaches a little differently, which I like. Kathleen has been especially helpful and motivating — I’ve already learned a lot from her. Booking classes on the app is easy, and I’m happy I went with the unlimited membership so I can go as often as I want!

  Exceptional experience. After 11 sessions at the Woodbridge Club Pilates, I couldn’t be more pleased. The studio is always spotless, welcoming and runs like clockwork. The staff is attentive and profesional. I am already noticing changes in my body and my energy level. Every single instructor has been terrific. But a special mention goes to Jared and Lauren. They strike the rare balance of being both demanding and genuinely enjoyable. Their classes are thoughtfully structured, creative without feeling gimmicky, fun and consistently challenging in a purposeful way. They pay close attention to form and offer meaningful corrections, which makes the hard work feel both effective and safe. I leave every session feeling stronger, more aligned, and well-worked — never just exhausted. Woodbridge Club Pilates offers an exceptional studio experience. I’m hooked. Highly recommend!
