I had only taken a few classes prior to this location and jumped at the opportunity to be a member. The staff and other members have been incredibly kind and welcoming. The instructors are very knowledgeable, helpful, motivating and take their time making sure everyone has correct form and the right modifications. There plenty of classes to choose from depending on my ever changing schedule. It’s been great!
